Here's What to Expect

In this 2-day experience, participants will: 

  • Learn the Barry-Wehmiller playbook on people, purpose and performance 
  • Experience elements of our leadership curriculum to assess applicability in your organization 
  • Remove frustration from work and encourage innovation
  • Bring tailored, practical tools back to begin (or support) your organization’s journey 

Participants will return with, and can immediately implement, the cultural toolsets to their organization. This is why Imagine enjoys a 90% recommendation rate from past participants. 

Bring a pen and a notebook (and yes, you’ll have breaks to check emails if you need to). This is a time to be reflective and honest with yourself and your classmates. Trust us – the more engaged you are, the more you’ll get out of the experience.
