How to build an intentional culture for your team

We imagine a society in which people care about each other first. We believe that business can serve a higher purpose than the bottom line. If you believe this as well and are looking to go from good to great in your organization’s cultural journey and need a roadmap, this is where you begin. Learn the systems and approaches of Truly Human Leadership culture built by Barry-Wehmiller, an organization that’s done it around the world on more than 100 acquisitions in over 25 years.

Here's What to Expect

In this 2-day experience, participants will:

  • Learn our playbook of people, purpose and performance
  • Experience elements of our leadership curriculum to assess applicability in your organization
  • Remove frustration from work and encourage innovation
  • Bring tailored, practical tools back to begin or support your organization’s journey

Participants can bring back and immediately implement the cultural tool-sets to their organization. This is why Imagine enjoys a 90% recommendation rate from past participants.

Bring a pen and a notebook (and yes, you’ll have breaks to check emails if you need to). This is a time to be reflective and honest with yourself and your classmates. Trust us – the more engaged you are, the more you’ll get out of the experience.

I also want to take a moment and thank all of you for what was simply a wonderful and eminently useful experience for me in Beyond Benchmarking. If you see a tall guy in a future class wearing what looks like a fake moustache, tug on it, because it is probably just me wearing a disguise so I can experience the class all over again. It was every bit that good.
