What's your personal "Why"
To support people's personal growth so that they can celebrate who they are and who they can become.
What motivates you?
Seeing someone experience the spark of understanding and take control of something no matter how big or small.
Who inspire you and why?
My mother. She has battled multiple cancers in her life and, even in the worst of it, she never lost her passion for living life as a celebration.
What do you think is "true" about leadership?
Leadership is about meeting people where they are to help them be a better version of themselves. Leadership is about creating an environment where people can thrive. Leadership is about caring for people first.
Life milestones you are proud of?
Becoming a father, giving up a safe and stable consulting career to join a small manufacturer and joining BWLI.
How did you end up working at Barry-Wehmiller?
I was COO of a small manufacturer and used many of the BW principles to transform the business and, most importantly, the culture. Through this, I discovered my own personal why and thought what better way to live it out than to spread what worked for me across the world.
I attended Saint Louis University and received a bachelor and master's degree in accounting.
What three things do you like most?
Seeing my children and wife laugh uncontrollably together, laughing and telling stories with friends and playing soccer.
What's your biggest pet peeve?
People who knowingly disrespect someone else.
What talent do you wish you had?
Playing guitar well
