What's your personal "why?"
To serve as a catalyst so people reach their full potential and achieve more together
What motivates you?
Making new connections, sharing the BWLI story and encouraging people to see a bigger, better future. I love seeing the moment when people connect their inspiration to action and commit to taking the next step. It’s so rewarding to work with leaders and teams to tease out the possibilities and share the practical tools to create a future they dreamed about but thought was out of reach.
Who inspires you and why?
My dad. He had the courage to risk everything to start his own business, the commitment to build it well, and the vision to see the changing landscape. Whether it was work or family, he brings out the best in others and empowers them to dream big, be bold, and make it happen. One of his famous lines to those that might doubt themselves is “What’s the worst that can happen? They can’t eat you!” He is a master at building deep, lasting relationships. He believes people are fundamentally good, extends trust and shows compassion.
What do you think is "true" about leadership?
Leadership is both a science and an art. It begins with your mindset. Leadership is an awesome responsibility, not for the faint of heart.

In the St. Louis tradition, I’ll start with St. Joseph’s Academy (high school), then I earned my undergrad in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia and my MBA from Washington University.
